What to Expect on Sunday
Worship usually lasts about an hour and blends traditional Lutheran liturgy with a warm, welcoming spirit. Services include hymns, Bible readings, prayer, and a message that connects God’s Word to everyday life. Whether you are new to church, returning after some time away, or looking for a new church home, you’ll find a place to belong here.
When Does Church Start?
Our worship service at Christ Lutheran Church in Hendricks, MN begins every Sunday at 9:00 a.m. Worship usually lasts about an hour and blends traditional Lutheran liturgy with a warm, welcoming spirit.
Kids & Families
Children are not just welcome at Christ Lutheran—they are treasured! We love having kids in worship, wiggles and all. From September through May, Sunday School meets at 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. (right after worship during the school year) for children ages 2 through 6th grade. Classes include Bible stories, songs, crafts, and activities that help kids grow in faith and learn that Jesus loves them. For middle school youth, we also offer Confirmation classes, where students explore Scripture, ask questions, and build a foundation for lifelong faith.

Being part of Christ Lutheran isn’t just about Sunday morning—it’s about sharing life together. From outreach projects in Hendricks and the surrounding area to service opportunities and fellowship events, we strive to live out Jesus’ command to love our neighbors.
